U.S. Amateur Four-Ball Championship

All sides, including those exempt, must file an entry application. The entry of a side is deemed complete when both players have completed the entry process.
A player will not be permitted to enter the Championship as an individual. Players must file online at the USGA website (
The first player of the side to complete an entry application will receive two e-mails.
  1. Confirmation e-mail
  2. Registration e-mail to be forwarded to the partner

The partner will use the registration email to access and file their entry application to complete the side.
Sectional qualifying location will be determined by the side’s second player.
Once the side is complete, both partners will receive an e-mail notification.

Player’s date of birth is required on all USGA entry forms. All online entry applications for players who are minors, upon the date of submission, in the state in which they reside (e.g., New Jersey, under the age of 18) must be submitted by a parent/guardian, and list the parent/guardian's name, phone number and e-mail address. The parent/guardian agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions on their own behalf and on behalf of the minor player.

In Sectional Qualifying and in the Championship proper, the player’s clubs must conform to the groove specifications in the Rules of Golf effective January 1, 2010. The Condition of Competition is available for review on the entry application. By filing this entry, the player acknowledges that this Condition of Competition is in effect and the player will comply with this condition.
