The first player of the side (Player A) to complete an entry application will receive two emails:

1. Confirmation e-mail
2. Registration e-mail to be forwarded to the partner (Player B)

Player B will use the registration email from Player A to access and complete their entry application. Player B will select the exemption category and/or qualifying location to complete the side.

Once the side is complete, both players will be sent an e-mail notification confirming their applications have been received.

All sides, including those exempt, must file an entry application. The entry of a side is deemed complete once both players have completed their portion of the entry process. Only completed sides will be accepted at the close of entries.

All participants must review and abide by the Championship Regulations that are included on this site.

Only entries submitted via the online application will be accepted and must be received by the USGA no later than Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at 5:00 PM EDT. The current time is now: 5/28/2020 8:50:27 AM. ***

Entry fee of $150.00 per player must be payable to the United States Golf Association by credit or debit card.

Please be advised that all online entry applications for players who are minors, upon the date of submission, in the state in which they reside (e.g. New Jersey, under the age of 18) must be submitted by a parent/guardian, must list the parent/guardian's name, phone numbers, and e-mail address. The parent/guardian agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions on their own behalf and on behalf of the minor player. The USGA reserves the right to require submission of an original signature of the parent/guardian in a confirmation copy of the application upon notification by the USGA to the parent/guardian.

In Qualifying and in the Championship proper, the player's clubs must conform to the groove and punch mark specifications in the Rules of Golf effective from January 1, 2010. Model Local Rule G-2 is available for review in Section 8 of the Committee Procedures. By filing this entry, the player acknowledges that Model Local Rule G-2 is in effect and that the player will comply with this Local Rule.
