All Championships

January 1 - January 1, 1
The first player of the side (Player A) to complete an entry application will receive two emails:

1. Confirmation e-mail
2. Registration e-mail to be forwarded to the partner (Player B)

Player B will use the registration email from Player A to access and complete their entry application. Player B will select the exemption category and/or qualifying location to complete the side.

Once the side is complete, both players will be sent an e-mail notification confirming their applications have been received.

All sides, including those who are exempt, must file an entry application. The entry of a side is deemed complete once both players have completed their portion of the entry process. Only completed sides will be accepted at the close of entries.

All participants must review and abide by the Championship Regulations that are included on this site.

Only entries submitted via the online application will be accepted and must be received by the USGA no later than Wednesday, January 1, 1 at 5:00 PM EDT. The current time is now: 8/3/2020 9:57:51 PM. ***

The USGA is undertaking significant measures to mitigate the risk of transmission of COVID-19 while conducting its championships. Despite these measures, complete elimination of risk of exposure and infection to COVID-19 is not currently possible.

If you choose to participate in a USGA championship, you must follow all mitigation measures implemented by USGA with respect to COVID-19. These requirements are a condition of competition and, therefore, you will not be permitted to participate if you fail to comply. In particular, you may be required to do the following:
• Submit to COVID-19 testing prior to arrival at the championship. Proof of a negative result will be required to participate in the championship.
• Submit to on site COVID-19 testing upon arriving at the championship. Your access to club facilities may be limited while awaiting test results. If you test positive, you will not be permitted to participate in the championship, and you may be required to quarantine locally at you own cost.
• While at the championship, submit to screening for symptoms of COVID-19 on a regular basis, as identified by the CDC at including temperature checks;
• Follow all on-site protocols established by the USGA including, maintaining social distancing (staying at least 6 feet apart from other people) whenever possible, washing hands for at least 20 seconds or using a hand sanitizer as often as possible, and wearing personal protective equipment such as facecloths or masks when directed at the championship; and
• Complying with limitations set by the USGA on allowing guests at the championship.

Further information about the requirements for the championship will be provided prior to championship play.

Working together, we are confident we can make this championship a success for you, the other players, and for the local community.
